Policy on lateness, cancellation and no-shows: We kindly request 72-hour advance notice for any rescheduling needs. If advance notice is not received, the appointment will be forfeited. We allocate specific time slots for each client, and if you do not show up or contact us, we cannot make that time available for another client. In the event of lateness, the reading will conclude at the originally scheduled time. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or rescheduling options for no-shows.
